(MediaX Academy – Terms & Conditions of Use)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or enrolling in any program offered by MediaX Academy (“the Academy”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or enroll in any course.

MediaX Academy operates in academic partnership with DBIMA Paris and is powered by Mindlogicx technologies.

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age (or have guardian consent).
• International students must comply with local regulations applicable to online education.
• Admission decisions remain at the discretion of the Academy.

3. Program Structure

Programs may include:

• Self-paced digital learning modules
• Live online sessions
• Mentorship and feedback
• Optional international immersion components

The Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules
• Replace faculty (if required)
• Update curriculum for academic improvement

Such changes will not reduce the academic value of the program.

4. Certification

Certificates are issued upon:

• Successful completion of academic requirements
• Submission of required assignments
• Fulfillment of attendance and evaluation criteria

Non-completion does not entitle a student to certification.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, scripts, assignments, and digital resources are protected under intellectual property law.

Students may:

• Use materials for personal learning only

Students may not:

• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Resell
• Record live sessions without written permission

Violation may result in termination without refund.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain professional conduct in live sessions
• Respect faculty and peers
• Avoid plagiarism or academic dishonesty

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

MediaX Academy does not guarantee:

• Employment outcomes
• Production placements
• Commercial success

The Academy provides academic training and mentorship only.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
